Troll 2 movie review opinion: কয়েক বছর আগে সম্ভবত 2022 এ Netflix-এ একটা Norwegian monster movie এসেছিল—Troll। অনেকেই দেখেছো। আর এবার তার সিক্যুয়েল Troll 2 এসে গেছে। প্রথম প্রশ্ন naturally মাথায় আসে: আগেরটা না দেখলে কি এই সিনেমা বুঝবো? – দেখা থাকলে ভাল – না দেখলেও tension নেই কারণ এই গল্প একদম নতুন direction নেয়। প্রথম সিনেমার পরে timeline, কিন্তু পুরো ভিন্ন প্লট।
গল্প শুরু হয় ঠিক আগের ending থেকে। আমি ভেবেছিলাম—“story শেষ।” কিন্তু না—এটা একটা নতুন শুরু।
এইবার শুধু একটা Troll নয়—একাধিক Troll, তাদের ইতিহাস, তাদের clan—সব উঠে আসে।

শত বছর আগে Europe-এ Christian rule ছড়িয়ে পড়ার সময় সব Troll tribe-কে হত্যা করা হয়েছিল। রাজা Count Dolap আর তার সেনারা পাহাড়ের গুহায়, মাটির নিচে—দানবদের কবর দিয়ে রেখেছিল।
একটা Troll শুধু বেঁচে ছিল— গভীর underground-এ বন্দি। আর একদিন সে জেগে ওঠে।
কেন? – কারণ তার species মাটির সঙ্গে মিশে গেছে – আর সে এসেছে বদলা নিতে।
এবার প্রশ্ন— কিভাবে আটকাবে এক শরীর-ভাঙা, পাহাড়-ছেঁড়া monster-কে? এটাই সিনেমার conflict—and দর্শক এই revenge ride-এ জড়িয়ে পড়ে।
Opinion:
Spoiler না করে বলছি, গল্পের second half-এ কয়েকটা twist তোমাকে literally অবাক করবে। Personally—story প্রথম সিনেমার চেয়ে বেশি interesting লাগলো।
Action + Visuals = Pure Madness
সিনেমার biggest strength – একশন আর visual stunt। যত helicopter scene, Troll vs Army scenes—সবই cinematic madness দেখাবে।
প্রথম সিনেমা ভালো ছিল—but সিক্যুয়েলে scale অনেক বড়। আকাশে helicopter chase, পাহাড়ের নিচে monster rumble—সবই action lovers-এর জন্য treat।
Visual quality? Top-class VFX। Norwegian mythology + modern CGI — combo দারুন। Movie realistic feel দেয়—আর সেই সঙ্গে হালকা comedy moments tension ভেঙে দেয়।
দুই সিনেমায় একটা common ঘরের scene আছে— দেখলে বুঝবে কোনটা বলছি
Thriller Moments & Emotions
Thrill—পুরো সিনেমায় আছে। একটা scene বিশেষ করে spike করে—helicopter sequence। ওখানে sound + visuals মিলে দারুন atmosphere বানায়।
Emotional মুহূর্তও আছে। যখন humans প্রথমবার Troll-এর কাছে যায়—touch দেয়—reaction দেখলে goosebumps আসবে। Actors সবাই super convincing।
Weak Point
Movie overall খুব solid। একটাই সমস্যা—predictability। শুরুতেই আন্দাজ করা যায়—“কে মরতে পারে”— আর সত্যি সেটাই হয়। So twist strong হলেও শেষ পর্যন্ত সবটা surprise নয়।
Verdict
Overall—Troll 2 একটা super fun monster ride। Action, fun, visuals, thrill—সব আছে। Family-friendly— শুধু ১–২টা ছোট kissing scene বাদে সবাই একসাথে দেখতে পারবে।
আর ending-এর পরে third part confirm hint আছে— end credits-এর পরে 10–15 seconds অপেক্ষা করলেই বুঝবে।
